Aside from shopping and delivery functionalities, it enables you also to book a ride anytime and go at any point of the city destination.

How do you use Dunzo?

Dunzo is a simple app to use. You, as a customer, will raise a task that clearly identifies the service you would like to have—grocery shopping, ordering food, package delivery, etc. A delivery executive will then be assigned to work on it. All of these are settled via a chat interface. At the time of the assignment, the delivery agent will start driving to the location of the task. It could be a store or a pick-up address wherein the deliveryman will fulfill your order as well as send pictures to you for confirmation. Once all the items are confirmed to be correct, the delivery agent will buy the items and starts driving to you to drop the orders off.

On the customer’s side, before you start ordering online, you must search for the items you need first. To do this, start by selecting the city and area of delivery. Once done, you will then choose from the options like restaurant food delivery, groceries from stores nearby, fruits and vegetables, etc. The app will present a list of shops which are available in your area. For instance, you select a restaurant, a list of restaurants will show up then.
